Co-Founder & Owner
With almost 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Courtney brings a wealth of talent and passion to every client she serves. She specializes in color, cuts, nails, waxing, and extensions—creating customized looks that enhance each individual’s natural beauty.
When she's not behind the chair working her magic, Courtney loves spending time with her husband Jay and their two kids, Beckham and Reese. Her dedication to both her craft and her family shines through in everything she does.

Beth Koehn
Co-Founder & Owner
With nearly a decade in the beauty industry, Beth has built her career around intention, creativity, and connection. What began as a passion for makeup quickly expanded into a love for hair coloring, cutting, extensions, and permanent makeup — allowing her to serve clients in a well-rounded and artistic way.
Beth is known for her attention to detail and ability to create looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.
As a co-founder of Spruce Salon & Spa, her vision has always been to create a space rooted in growth, faith, and community — where both clients and beauty professionals feel supported and valued.
Outside of the salon, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband Steven and their three children, Brooks, Georgia, and Marlee.
Her goal is simple: that every client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely seen.

Harlie Ronke

Hello! I’m a licensed cosmetologist with nearly five years of experience in the beauty industry. I specialize in haircuts, color services, wedding styling, extensions, and the occasional body waxing. I genuinely love what I do—each day brings something new, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client’s face light up when their dream look comes to life.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll likely find me enjoying a quiet moment with coffee on our little acreage, tending to flowers, or chasing after my two energetic boys, Eugene and Leroy. My husband, Adam, runs his own HVAC business, and together we also care for a few cows and sheep that definitely keep life interesting!

Erika Stadheim

Hi, I’m Erika Stadheim! I’ve officially been in the hair industry for 2 years, but doing hair has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I specialize in all coloring services, love doing extensions (I’m a certified extension artist!), and cuts are one of my favorites as well. Creating a fun, comfortable space for my clients is so important to me. I want you to leave my chair feeling confident and taken care of.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me with my fiancé Braxtyn and our golden retriever, Ted. I’m a big family girl, always up for a good time, and I truly love what I do. Can’t wait to meet you and make your hair dreams come to life!
